1) Where We Ship
We currently deliver across India (serviceability depends on your pincode and courier coverage).
2) Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1ā2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once dispatched, youāll receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
3) Delivery Timeline (India)

Metro cities: 2ā5 business days

Other locations: 4ā8 business days

During sales, festive seasons, or courier delays, deliveries may take longer.
4) Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders.

In rare cases, shipping fees may apply based on location/weight and will be shown at checkout.
5) Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on orders of ā¹600 and above (pincode dependent).

If COD is unavailable for your pincode, prepaid options will be shown at checkout.
6) Address & Delivery Attempts
Please ensure your address, landmark, and mobile number are accurate.

If delivery fails due to incorrect details, customer not reachable, or refusal, the order may be returned.

Re-shipping charges (if any) will be shared before resending.
7) Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
We pack every order carefully. In rare cases of damage, missing items, or wrong products:
