1) Where We Ship

We currently deliver across India (serviceability depends on your pincode and courier coverage).


2) Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.


3) Delivery Timeline (India)

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other locations: 4–8 business days

  • During sales, festive seasons, or courier delays, deliveries may take longer.


4) Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders.

  • In rare cases, shipping fees may apply based on location/weight and will be shown at checkout.


5) Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on orders of ₹600 and above (pincode dependent).

  • If COD is unavailable for your pincode, prepaid options will be shown at checkout.


6) Address & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your address, landmark, and mobile number are accurate.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details, customer not reachable, or refusal, the order may be returned.

  • Re-shipping charges (if any) will be shared before resending.


7) Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

We pack every order carefully. In rare cases of damage, missing items, or wrong products:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video (from sealed package to opening) helps us resolve issues faster with courier partners.
