If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to help with changes or cancellation. Please message us ASAP with your order number. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Courier damage/missing-item claims can’t be verified reliably after the parcel is opened. An unboxing video helps us confirm the issue faster, raise a courier complaint if needed and provide the right resolution quickly.
